Terms and Conditions

Cancellations: Registered Dietitian Nutritionists and Personal Trainers operate on a scheduled appointment basis for all session and thus, require a 24-hour notice especially when canceling/rescheduling an appointment. No charge shall be applied if you should cancel/reschedule with MORE than 24 hours’ notice given. Should you cancel within the 24-hour notice window, you will be charged the cost of your session, and must purchase an additional session should you wish to reschedule. 

Promptness: It is important to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. As a client, please understand that the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist or Personal Trainer might have another appointment immediately following your session, and therefore tardiness may result in the normal length of the session being reduced.

Refunds: There will be no refunds for nutrition counseling session, follow-ups, nutrition challenges or personal training sessions. 

Expiration: Nutrition packages will expire 60 days after purchase.

Photo Release: By participating, you authorize Premier Dietetics and 20/20 Nutrition to copy, exhibit, publish or distribute all photos and images. Furthermore, you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein your photo appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph or video images.
